Nature offers us both the map and the lifeforce to traverse inner and outer landscapes. Together we discover the rich transmission of each season. Through learning specific movement, breathwork, and meditation practices, we rekindle connection to primordial presence. When we go within together, we each unearth our own compass, empowering the discovery of innate wisdom. The consistent communal experience becomes a forum to interactively practice what is learned. This process strengthens each of our ability to truly participate and engage with the world meaningfully.
Cari, Adrian, and Yiming are longtime collaborators, offering seasonal workshops in NYC. Cari is a mentor and retreat leader who brings people into intimate somatic awareness. Her teaching style developed over twenty-five years is technically expansive, consciously direct, and naturally magnetic. Adrian and Yiming are partners in life and in meditation facilitation as Sound Observer. In addition, Adrian coaches professionals through radical life transitions, with acute perspective and affirmative presence, honed through his decade+ service to non-verbal neurodivergent individuals. Yiming translates in-depth knowledge from an assemblage of esoteric traditions and lineages, as a catalytic agent for people to discover their own unique voice.
After years of collaboration and reflection, they discovered the potency of seasonal group work through their complementary gifts. They felt an urgency to build a rich, dimensional, ongoing container that meets people in the intimacy of their own home. This course supports people in truly actualizing sustainable transformations through consistent practice. The participant receives an accountability structure combined with personal attention from three perspectives. This relational experience nurtures new patterns of living in tune with great nature and its rhythms.

Cari Friedman is a teacher’s teacher, meditation facilitator, mentor, and retreat leader. She developed her magnetic style over the past twenty-five years teaching in an ever expanding diversity of contexts, from teen development to international workshops. Her long standing NYC yoga classes welcome committed practitioners, devoted teachers, and curious newcomers alike in a truly unique communal experience that challenges, nurtures, and inspires all at once. In addition, she helps individuals implement the multi-dimensional aspects of yoga into their daily life. Cari's practice draws upon Vipassana, woman’s sacred circling, and Katonah Yoga traditions and lineages. She is a partner and mother of two children who daily inspire her practice and teaching.
Yiming walks the path of deep listening. She is a sound facilitator, vocalist, and student of dharma. Through early training in art and design, she honed her unique sensibility for beauty and interaction, which adds depth to her offerings. Since 2019, Yiming has been dedicated to comparative study of healing systems, including Sowa Rigpa, classical Chinese medicine, western occultism, and experiential anatomy. In addition, she studied with masters from various music traditions. Through all these lineages, she has developed an intimate understanding of how energy flows through bodies as breath and voice. In her workshops and one-on-one work, Yiming elicits the expression of people's unique frequencies, piercing through the ordinary, and opening into a natural presence of mind.
Adrian is a sound facilitator, innerspective coach, and autism educator, with a passion for all things mystical. Adrian seeks to understand the nature of consciousness through the lived experience of service to neurodivergent and neurotypical people, allowing each to inform the other, and working to transcend the distinction. From breathwork, to meditation, to dance, to art, to yoga, through sound, Adrian seeks and synthesizes modalities that facilitate breakthroughs for individuals into their own empowerment.
